Co-chair

Luisa Revilla is co-chair of the SET-Plan Implementation Working Group on Concentrated Solar Thermal technologies. Member of the Spanish delegation to the High-level Steering Group of the European Strategic Energy Technology Plan (SET-Plan); National representative in the Programme Committee of Cluster 5- Climate, Energy and Mobility of the EU R&D Framework Programme Horizon Europe; and member of the Spanish Delegation in the State Representatives Group of the Clean Hydrogen partnership of Horizon Europe. She is also the National Contact Point for the EU Cities Mission.

Luisa Revilla is Head of Unit in the Innovation Policies Directorate of the CDTI, Center for the Technological Development and Innovation, the Spanish funding agency for Innovation under the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities that promotes innovation and technological development of Spanish companies.  She has been working for the last 25 years at CDTI, being in charge during the last 15 years of the managing of the EU R&D Framework Programmes in different areas in the field of energy, including clean and low-carbon energy technologies, renewables integration, smart system integration, storage technologies and energy efficiency in buildings and industry. She has a degree in Economic and Business Science from the Complutense University of Madrid, with wide specialized training in energy technologies, and risk and business models analysis.
